How far ahead should we book?
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most backyard parties. Peak weekends between April and October fill earlier — inquire when you have a date, even without final numbers.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes — every rental includes delivery, professional setup, and teardown across the Inland Empire. No lifting, no returning anything the next morning.
What if the weather turns?
Sailcloth and frame tents handle wind and light rain. For summer, we add sidewalls, misters, and shade drops. We monitor forecasts leading up to your date and can swap items on short notice.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for local IE deliveries. Small backyard birthdays and intimate dinners are as welcome as full weddings.
Can we see items before booking?
Our Corona showroom is open by appointment. See finishes, sit in the chairs, and picture the setup before you commit.
